AAE-2712 Dual-Channel Smart Controller

Multifunctional module designed for the operation in laboratory, office, home automation systems for building of control systems. Analog-to-digital input channels: 2. Input terminal type: audio (stereo), diameter: 0.2 in / 3.5 mm. Input Impedance: 10 kΩ. Analog signal range: 2.048 V (DC or AC – rms velue). Maximum input voltage: 5V. Converter digit capacity of 10 binary digits. Maximum frequency conversion for each channel: 5 times per second. One digital channel (4-wire, I²C type interface). AKTAKOM AAE-2712 multifunctional dual-channel module is designed for the operation in laboratory, office, home automation systems for building of control systems. The module contains two analog-to-digital input-output and two relay outputs (normally open "dry contact").

AAE-2712 module is available in different combinations of analog-to-digital inputs configuration. One digital channel (4-wire, I²C type) is designed to connect various external boards or sensors with digital output. Synchronization input is used to start or stop the data conversion process in the module or to put the time mark when taking measurement.

AKTAKOM AAE-2712 module control and the data transfer from it is made via USB and LAN.

Power of AAE-2712 module (5V) is supplied from the USB interface connector.

The module does not have galvanic isolation for analog inputs, digital interface, synchronization input, 5V power supply and USB interface. Isolation (of the module from the PC) is made in LAN interface.

To set the network parameters for LAN interface operation they use ANC program with the module connected via USB interface.

AKTAKOM AAE-2712 module supports automatic detection of the main operating interface PC connection. When connecting the module via USB to the PC the module detects the connection (active interface) as USB. When powering through the USB terminal connected to the charger or USB – the module detects the connection (active interface) as LAN.

    For the Internet connection Aktakom AAE-2712 requires to set the port forwarding on your router from the router external address to the device internal address in the local network. That means to open the port for the access from the Internet (e.g. 190.10.80.103:8080 where 190.10.80.103 is your private static IP address, 8080 is the port number) and assign/forward IP address and the port in the local network to it (e.g. 192.168.1.110:1024, where 192.168.1.110 is your local network IP address assigned/forwarded to AAE-2712 and 1024 is the port number).

    To connect to the device through the local network it’s necessary to specify the local IP address and the port of the device in the software settings (e.g. 192.168.1.110:1024). And to connect to the device through the Internet you will have to specify your private static IP address and the port (e.g. 190.10.80.103:8080).
