AKTAKOM AMM-3087 LCR meter is designed to measure and analyze inductance, electrical capacitance, resistance, loss tangent, quality factor, complex resistance, phase shift and other parameters of electronic components.
The functionality of AMM-3087 RLC meter includes a built-in scanning and graphical analysis function, a built-in voltage and current bias source. Touch screen along with traditional controls on the front panel as well as a wide range of interfaces for PC connection and remote control via SCPI commands make this LCR meter universal for the use in automated measuring systems in laboratories or on production lines.
